The Project 

Facility Management, a 1.3€ trillion industry which involves about 51M employees worldwide, is facing significant challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic that has enforced full or half remote working. The need to transform FM from a cost center to a value center for business owners had been identified already years before the pandemic. YodiFEMP is the only people-centric Integrated Workplace Management System which balances wellbeing with lower operating costs of workplaces and covers both corporate and home-office environment. The main pillars of our innovation are:  

1. Digital twins of distributed workplaces and cloud- based, deep Integration of FM services driven by Artificial Intelligence of Things.  
2. Machine learning for forecasting and predictive maintenance of motors, filters, fans, etc. and  
3. Continuous monitoring of indoor conditions and self-adjusting for maximum health and comfort of people.  

First goal of YodiFEMP is to eliminate inefficiencies of current FM systems that cause €125K losses for every 1000m2 of floor space for the following reasons:  

• Deficient buildings consume 50% of global energy 
• Unhealthy workplaces cause 61% of sick leaves 
• Lack of foresight lead to 25% increase in operating costs. In addition, to meet the needs of remote work, YodiFEMP aims to increase the efficiency of home-offices while maintaining privacy.  

YodiFEMP addresses the cost challenges FM operators face by unifying services which manage energy, air quality, space occupancy, equipment maintenance and cooperation of the FM staff across all facilities of companies, and significantly reduces their overhead by providing automation, diagnostics, analytics, and customizable reporting.
